CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKINGS

To help us provide timely, high-quality care, each appointment is reserved specifically for the individual patient and scheduled with dedicated clinical time and staff resources.

We ask that patients provide at least (48) hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. While our practice may send a courtesy reminder by SMS or email, patients remain responsible for attending their appointment at the scheduled date and time.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than (48) hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of ( $50 ). A fee of ( 50) may also apply to missed appointments where a patient does not attend.

Where there have been repeated cancellations or missed appointments, the practice may require prepayment of the treatment cost, or a deposit, at the time of booking.
